I grew up with Davey and Goliath (his talking dog) a Claymation animated television series produced by the Lutheran Church of America. So began my foray into understanding the importance of God and how he/she is a part of everything we do. I was fortunate that my curiosity about God and faith was open for discussion at home, allowing me the freedom to explore. Prayer became an important part of my belief system; to surrender and unite with the Divine is an empowering and humbling experience.
A chance meeting led me to the practice of Transcendental Meditation,™ which even today, is an integral part of my life. As I learned to still the mind, surrender to silence and expand my consciousness, I experienced the connection to everything. This profound awareness guided me to look within and my self-healing work began.
Over the next 30 years, my path was one of a successful Wall Street executive. My role as a Senior Director in sales enabled me to reach people across the globe and hone my listening skills. I mentored junior team members and was an active advocate for the empowerment of women and ally for the LGBTQ IA+ community.
During those many years, I also continued my spiritual work, learning how to channel remarkable beings of Light from the Angelic Kingdom; it was life altering. I developed an international clientele, offering information and guidance from the Cosmic Council. Through channeling, I discovered everything is comprised of the same energy and that each of our bodies is like a battery with its crystalline structure. Nikola Tesla once said “If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration” and so my studies began anew, embracing the new frontiers of vibrational medicine - Reiki, Crystals and Sound Healing.
It is through my daily spiritual and healing practice that I have come to believe we are all Divine energy and on a journey to remember and uplift ourselves and in so doing; humanity. This motivated me to become an Ordained Spiritual-Interfaith Minister, enabling me to offer spiritual support. I am a Crystal Coach for Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy, mentoring students as they complete the certification programs.
It is an honor to be your guide into the profound mysteries of Heaven + Earth, healing and self-realization. May we all rise to the highest levels of love, compassion and healing our Hearts and Spirit can hold.

I am called to quote one of my favorite books David Copperfield by Charles Dickens. The first three chapters reflect my understanding of my journey “I Am Born, I Observe and lastly, I Change.”
Chapter 1:
Losing both parents at an early age changed how I interacted with the world; nothing made sense. In time, this loss propelled me to question my existence.
Chapter 2:
I equate my observation period to that of a spiritual quest, exploring varied spiritual paths. I attended seminars, retreats and diverse church services. All in an attempt to make sense as to why am I here and why am I not happy or satisfied. I explored many cultures and traditions, shamanic transformation, channeling, hands-on-energy healing and clinical psychology - searching and forming my core foundation of life; knowing We Are One.
Chapter 3:
With clarity gained, I embarked on a ten-year therapeutic relationship and training program in Transformational Movement Therapy at The Institute for Transformational Movement in Seattle, WA.
Here, deep-seated childhood issues were brought to the surface and old belief patterns were discarded and replaced with new healthy values. This remodeling brought forth “a change” allowing me to heal from within and after years of self–transformation begin my service as a clinical social worker and movement therapist. For over twenty-five years I have guided individuals and families supporting them in understanding addiction and mental health issues. I have worked with government and non-profit social service agencies helping them meet their administrative and clinical program needs through organizational evaluation and leadership transformation. As an Adjunct Professor, I assist college students develop their own identities through the power of teaching.
I have experienced many different occupations in my travels. If these occupations were ingredients, then my Life has become a rich soup stock and subsequent banquet, with the many ingredients added to flavor and then savor life. With each profession I mastered, valuable lessons were gained. I learned in cooking , the hungry are fed, in drawing, one can help identify trauma and in Reiki, the heart can open and allow in the light.
Now, my soul journeying has led me to establish Dragon Star EnergyWorks LLC.
I am honored to be a vessel for healing and self-transformation.
